Camp Programs

Kids Summer Camps

for Windsor, East Windsor, South Windsor, Simsbury, Windsor Locks, West Hartford, CT & the Surrounding Areas

At the Windsor Ninja Academy, we offer fun, challenging, and interactive kids summer camps, as well as summer classes, for those ages 6 – 14 (children must be age 6 or entering first grade). Our lead camp counselors are the same staff that coach throughout the school year with afterschool activities and classes. The Windsor Ninja Academy camp is certified by the State of Connecticut and held in our fully air-conditioned ninja facility. In addition to ninja obstacle training, campers will participate in daily indoor games, group activities, arts & crafts, in-house field trips, ice-cream parties and much more!

Based in Windsor, CT, our instructors and camp counselors are proud to welcome children throughout East Windsor, South Windsor, Simsbury, Windsor Locks, West Hartford, CT, and the surrounding areas.

2024 Summer Camp

REGISTRATION STARTS ON 3/25/2024

At the Windsor Ninja Academy we offer full day summer camp from 9:00am to 3:30pm each week from June 26th  – August 23rd (We will be CLOSED 6/29 – 7/7). Early drop-off and late pick-up is available. Campers will receive a discount for multiple week registration.

Typical camp day schedule:

  • 9:00am – 9:15am: Settle-in
  • 9:15am – 9:45am: Outdoor Games
  • 9:45am – 10:15am: Arts and Crafts
  • 10:15am – 10:30am: Indoor Games
  • 10:30am – 12:00pm: Ninja Training
  • 12:00pm – 12:30pm: Lunch
  • 12:30pm – 12:45pm: Indoor Games
  • 12:45pm – 1:15pm: Outdoor Games
  • 1:15pm – 1:30pm: Finish Arts and Crafts
  • 1:30pm – 3:15pm: Ninja Training and Games
  • 3:15pm – 3:30pm: Prepare to Leave

2024 Camp Prices

  • 1st Week – $425
  • Any 2nd Week & beyond– $382.50  (10% off)
  • Any 3rd Week and beyond –  $340 (20% off)
  • 2nd child discount – same week – 20% off of 2nd child
  • Every half hour of early drop off or late pick up – $20 per week (Earliest drop off 8:00, latest pick-up-4:30)
  • Week 1 is only 3 days with a cost of $255

Multi-week and Multi-child discounts will be automatically applied before your card is charged.

Important Information to Know Before Registering

  • Fees will be automatically charged within 48 hours. If a partial payment is necessary, place desired amount to be charged now in the comments section above credit card info. Final payment is due before July 1st.
  • If you desire early drop off or late pick-up, add your desired times to the comment section and the fees will be added to your bill.
  • Discounts will be automatically added before your credit card will be charged, typically within 48 hours.
  • Please download read, SCAN and return necessary documents a week before the 1st day of camp to: WindsorNinjaOffice@gmail.com
  • You may submit ANY school health form for camp.  Below is a sample form if needed.  Please SCAN & email a scanned copy – the Adobe Scan App for your phone is a suggestion
  • The “Administration of Medications” document is ONLY for campers who must bring medications to camp.
  • There are NO refunds or credits 5 or less days before camp begins unless your spot can be replaced.

Summer Camp Registration
