Birthday Parties

Let Windsor Ninja Academy Host Your Next Birthday Party!

Windsor Ninja Academy offers a great alternative to home birthday parties! This means FUN for all the kids and less work for you! Your children will be challenged to fun obstacle training with our professional ninja staff, and then plenty of time for food and cake! Parties book up quickly so please book your party well in advance.

How It Works

  • Parties start at 6 years old, but all guests must be at least 5 years old (in kindergarten) to participate, and no older than 14.  We can comfortably handle a maximum of 27 participants, but can go up to 36 with additional staff.  You are the only people in the gym during your party.
  • During the 1st hour, your children will be challenged to fun obstacle training with our professional ninja staff. After the hour in the gym, you have 30 minutes for food and cake (you must supply the food and drinks). NO ONE is allowed back into the ninja area after the activities are completed. Piñatas and helium balloons are NOT allowed, sorry.
  • Parents are NOT allowed in the ninja area (on the mats) for safety reasons, but can watch from the bleachers and benches.
  • Presents should be brought home to be opened as there just isn’t enough time without shortening the gym time.
  • Gratuities are not included in the cost of the party and can be given directly to the instructors if you enjoyed the party.
  • Guest parents (for those not current students) must fill out the waiver below – Please include the link with your invitation. Only electronic waivers accepted.

Party Price + What You Get

  • 1 – 15 children: $400
  • $25 each additional child
  • Deposit: $100 – will be charged to your card after your registration is reviewed. Remainder will be paid after your party ends.  There are no refunds or credits for this deposit less than 3 weeks or less before the party.

Party Details

  • Attire: Play Clothes, SNEAKERS ARE A MUST, PREFERABLY WITH LACES 
  • Paper Goods: Generic white are supplied including plates, cups, forks/spoons, napkins OR bring your own.
  • Food: You supply your own food and drinks. We have a refrigerator & freezer for storing cold items.  If you tell PizzaRama that it is for Windsor Ninja Academy, you receive a 10% discount!
  • We help to setup, serve, and cleanup!

How to Register

  1. Click on appropriate date from the calendar below. If the calendar is blank on that day then we are not holding parties on that day. If there is a “0” next to the date then it is already booked.
  2. Once you click on a time slot in a date box, a registration form will come up. Enter the family info then click on the blue + sign to enter ninja info.
  3. Your credit card will be charged the $100 deposit within 48 hours which is non-refundable less than 4 weeks before your party unless we are able to rebook the slot or if you rebook.

  4. Please email us by the Wednesday before the party with an approximate maximum count.

Important Information for Your Guests

To get your party started right away, please include the following information with your invitations for your guests:

  • All guests must be in PLAY CLOTHES (no dresses)
  • Must be at least 5 year old by the day of the party.
  • SNEAKERS are REQUIRED
  • Please leave all jewelry at home
  • Please do not be late – our warm-ups teach the ninjas the basis of movement necessary for the obstacles
  • All new parents must fill out the waiver below.
